A fresh, inviting semi-sparkling rosé from Pinot Noir grapes.
The grapes are picked in early September and ferment in stainless-steel vats. A very short maceration of the juice with the skins gives the rosé colour to the wine. A second fermentation in autoclave produces its natural bubbles.
Medium-bodied on palate, it offers red fruits notes on the nose.
Perfect with the spring and summer cuisine thanks to its freshness and salty minerality. Serve it at around 10 °C with fish dishes like a Spanish paella!
