This wine is produced with Riesling grapes only.
It combines a pleasant roundness with the acidity and minerality of the Riesling grape.
The grapes are vinified in stainless-steel vats. After an ageing of few months, the wine is bottled in spring.
It offers fresh citrus notes when young; the classic Riesling petrol note emerges with ageing.
It’s best served at 10-12 °C. Pair it with fish dishes or try it with fresh or semi-hard cheese.
