This white semi-sparkling wine is produced from the vinification of Pinot Noir grapes without skin contact. It’s a fragrant wine to be enjoyed young.
The grapes are picked in late August and put in stainless-steel vats for the first fermentation. A second fermentation in autoclave at the beginning of the year produces its natural bubbles.
Fresh and sapid on palate, it offers white flowers notes on the nose.
To be served at 10 °C. Excellent as a pre-meal drink, it pairs well with a wide range or dishes. Try it with buffalo Mozzarella pizza.
