347 M.S.L.M. ROSSO
This wine is a blend of Barbera and Croatina grapes grown in two adjacent vineyards located beside the old primary school of Torrone, one of the many hamlets near the town of Santa Maria della Versa.
The grapes are picked when fully ripe and vinified in stainless-steel vats at a controlled temperature. The maceration of the juice with the skins lasts for about 20 days. The wine ages in stainless-steel vats for a few months before being bottled.
Red fruits and balsamic notes merge with elegant tannins in this medium-bodied and rich wine.
It’s best served at about 18 °C. Perfect with braised beef, one of the traditional dishes of the Versa Valley.
Our 347 M.S.L.M. is a true everyday wine, to be enjoyed and shared on the family table!
