Da Là Da Po

Vino Rosso
Da Là Da Po - Bottle photo

This wine is our homage to the traditions of our region. It gets its name from an expression of the local dialect: da là da Po means “beyond the Po (river)” which in turn is the meaning of Oltrepò.

The grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless-steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine ages for 18 months in second and third-fill French oak barriques. The wine further ages in the bottle for 12 months before release.

Pale ruby red colour with brilliant garnet highlights, on the nose it’s intense, with notes of red fruits of the forest and a hint of apricot. On the palate it’s warm, dry, medium-bodied and nicely balanced with smooth tannins.

Best enjoyed at 16-18 °C paired with feathered game.

Contains sulphites.
Produced in Italy.
