From May to September we will host you outdoors, just in front of our vineyards: enjoy a tasty lunch or dinner in the fresh climate of the Versa Valley!

NB: in early June both lunch and dinner will be available, in late June only the dinner will be available.

IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER
If we don’t cancel the event, the meal will be served indoors, in the main room of our agriturismo (1st floor, no elevator available).
If you cancel your reservation on the day of the event, it won’t be possible to reschedule it or receive a refund.

Starters (paired with our Pinot Noir-based sparklers)
Platter of local salumi (La Cerronese farm, Pietra de’ Giorgi)
Cold and warm starters with vegetables from our garden: quiches, hummus made with seasonal legumes, omelette with spring onions, sweet and salty baked carrots

Risotto with seasonal vegetables and saffron (Agnes farm, Rovescala)
(Carnaroli rice from the Basso Pavese area produced by Granai Certosa)

Thyme-flavoured spinach and Ricotta cheese-filled tortelli

Pork loin (La Cerronese farm, Pietra de’ Giorgi) with blueberry, mustard and honey sauce served with vegetables from our garden

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Bread is homemade using flour produced in Oltrepò Pavese.

Please let us know in advance if you have food allergy or intolerance or if you follow a vegan diet.

The of the menu is euro 45,00 (includes cover charge, water and wine pairings).
